Product Description
High Integration Solves Space Constraints

The core advantage of the TN05 lies in its built-in precision shunt, eliminating the need for external bulky shunts and resulting in an extremely compact physical structure. It can be easily embedded inside battery packs or other portable devices with severely limited internal space, addressing the critical challenge of achieving accurate power monitoring in tight layouts.

Wide Voltage Range and Ultra-Low Power Consumption

The TN05 supports a broad voltage range of 8V to 80V and a current range of 0–75A. With its low-power design, it consumes only 15mA at maximum brightness and as low as 0.7mA in standby mode. This minimizes drain on the measured battery, making it ideal for applications requiring long-term stability or extended runtime.

Intuitive Data Display with Key Parameters at a Glance

The TN05 prioritizes clarity and practicality in its display. The screen can simultaneously show two key parameters (e.g., voltage, current, capacity) and includes an intuitive battery level indicator bar. Users can choose the displayed parameters without frequent page switching, significantly enhancing usability.

Ideal Application Scenarios

Combining these features, the TN05 is ideal for space- and power-sensitive applications. It is particularly suited for embedded battery systems (e.g., AGVs, robots), portable energy storage units, and any scenario requiring long-term, stable, and precise power monitoring—serving as a reliable assistant for ensuring device operation.

Product specifications, applicable inspection requirements, and supporting technical documentation can be provided according to the confirmed TN05 configuration and project requirements.

Product Installation

The battery monitor is designed for recessed panel mounting with retaining clips applied at the rear. The unit is placed in from the front side of the equipment panel and then clamped from the rear using the clips, in line with the applicable product installation drawing.

Battery Monitor Panel Installation Drawing
Installation Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Panel Opening

Create a mounting opening in the equipment panel that follows the cutout dimensions stated in the product installation drawing.

Step 2: Insert the Battery Monitor

Guide the battery monitor into the prepared opening from the front of the equipment panel, checking that the unit is correctly aligned.

Step 3: Secure the Monitor with Mounting Clips

From the rear of the product, mount the retaining clips in the direction shown in the installation diagram. Tighten the clips firmly so the battery monitor is securely retained.

Installation Note:

Before installation begins, confirm the panel cutout dimensions and mounting method against the applicable product drawing. Verify that the mounting clips are correctly engaged before the installation is finalized.

Typical Applications
Battery Monitor Typical Applications

The TN05 Shunt Based Battery Monitor is developed for battery-powered equipment that calls for monitoring of battery operating parameters. Thanks to its shunt-based measurement configuration, it can be brought into compatible battery systems to deliver the battery data required for equipment monitoring and operation.

Typical application scenarios may include portable power stations, battery-powered equipment, energy storage systems, and electric forklifts, subject to the equipment's electrical requirements and the confirmed TN05 configuration.

When selecting the TN05 for a given application, customers should confirm the battery voltage range, the required current measurement range, the compatible shunt specification, the installation space, and the electrical connection requirements. The suitable configuration should be verified against the product specifications before integration.

The images above are provided as typical application references to illustrate equipment types where battery monitoring may be relevant. They do not by themselves represent confirmed TN05 installations or specific customer projects.

FAQ:
(1) What is the purpose of a battery monitor?

Battery monitors can be used in any scenario involving battery packs. They continuously track the status of the battery pack and display key parameters such as remaining charge, current voltage, current, power, and other relevant data. This allows users to monitor battery health in real time, helping to protect the battery and extend its lifespan.

(2) What types of battery packs can the battery monitor be used for?

It is compatible with mainstream battery types on the market, such as lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries, sodium batteries, etc.

(3) What is the after-sales service like?

We provide a one-year warranty period. After one year, if the product is damaged due to its own quality issues, we will continue to offer repair or replacement services based on the specific circumstances. For cases where returns or exchanges are not possible due to reasons such as shipping costs, replacements will be sent with the next order.
