latest company case about [#aname#]

Customer Country: Argentina

Actual Deployment Regions: North America, South America, Europe

Application Scenario: Electric forklift fleets in logistics warehouses, manufacturing, and other fields requiring battery monitoring.

Problems to Be Solved:

In large-scale electric forklift fleets, managers need real-time battery data such as state of charge (SOC), voltage, and power to monitor vehicle status. The solution should enable battery anomaly alerts for proactive maintenance, reduce on-site failures, and support periodic analysis and maintenance planning using historical battery data. The customer aims to integrate battery data into their existing management platform to optimize scheduling and energy efficiency analysis.

Solution Overview:

Cloud Integration Based on Battery Data Acquisition Modules

The core of this solution involves installing battery data acquisition modules to transmit key battery data via WiFi/4G to a cloud server, which is then integrated into the customer’s fleet management platform, enhancing digital management capabilities.

Implementation Steps:

  1. Data Acquisition Layer

High-precision battery data acquisition modules are provided to transmit data via WiFi to the customer’s server.

Data types that can be collected include:

    (1) Battery SOC, voltage, current, power, temperature, and charging status.

    (2) Historical battery data, including peak values and cumulative statistics.

  2. Network Transmission Layer

The built-in WiFi module in the acquisition module packages data using the standard MQTT protocol and transmits it to the customer’s cloud server.

  3. Platform Application Layer

We provide documentation for our private communication protocol. The customer’s technical team can use this protocol to integrate battery data streams into their existing forklift fleet management software or other enterprise systems, enabling data visualization and analysis. Throughout this process, we provide continuous support until the customer’s team successfully completes the integration.
