80V 300A Battery Information Transmission Module

Product Description
Remote Battery Data Management

The RECS is a module designed to collect battery data and transmit it externally. It incorporates a built-in 300A high-precision shunt, supporting wireless communication (Bluetooth, WiFi, 4G) and wired transmission (RS485/UART) via a private protocol. Equipped with two control output interfaces, it can connect to external relays or power-off switches. The module locally records data through its built-in storage and transmits it to apps or cloud platforms, providing an intelligent battery management solution for energy storage systems and electric engineering vehicles.

Integration with Digital Management Systems

Designed for electric vehicle fleets such as forklifts and golf carts, the module can be incorporated into fleet management solutions to deliver precise, real-time battery data. Via WiFi or 4G networks, multiple devices can simultaneously connect to a cloud management platform.

Managers can remotely monitor real-time battery status and historical data for each vehicle, improve maintenance plans based on accurate battery metrics, and configure alarm functions (low SOC alarm, high/low voltage alarm, big current alarm, etc.). This extends battery life effectively and greatly reduces fleet operating costs.

Home & Mobility Energy Manager

The RECS enables real-time synchronization of battery data (voltage, current, remaining capacity, etc.) to your mobile app via stable Bluetooth or WiFi connections. It also supports viewing peak values and cumulative statistics.

Whether monitoring home energy storage systems or tracking RV battery status during travels, the system provides remote monitoring and smart alarms for transparent energy management.

Product Installation & Wiring

A. Module Mounting

The RECS module can be installed inside the battery pack enclosure, on the enclosure surface, or in a suitable position close to the battery pack negative terminal, depending on the confirmed installation arrangement.

  • Position the module on a suitable mounting surface with adequate clearance for wiring and access.
  • Secure the module by passing M4 self-tapping screws through the mounting holes and fastening them into the mounting surface.
  • The module can be installed in either a vertical or horizontal orientation, provided that the installation position allows secure mounting and proper cable routing.

RECS Module Mounting

B. Battery Negative B- and P- Connections

  • The current-sensing circuit should be installed in series with the battery pack negative circuit so that the relevant battery current passes through the current sampler.
  • Remove the module cover and connect the copper terminals to the B- and P- terminals as specified by the product wiring arrangement.
  • Connect the B- side of the module to the battery pack's main negative terminal using a copper terminal and cable with a suitable cross-sectional area for the confirmed application.
  • Connect the P- side to the negative side of the external load and charger (C-).
  • Ensure that the current sampler is connected in series with the battery negative circuit so that the battery charging and discharging current passes through the sampler.

Installation Verification

Before operation, verify that the module is securely mounted and that the B- and P- connections correspond to the confirmed wiring configuration. Check terminal fastening, cable routing, and connection integrity before powering the system.

The actual mounting position, cable specifications, terminal selection, and wiring arrangement should be determined according to the confirmed RECS model configuration, approved wiring diagram, battery system requirements, and applicable installation instructions.

FAQ:
(1) What is the purpose of a battery monitor?

Battery monitors can be used in any scenario involving battery packs. They continuously track the status of the battery pack and display key parameters such as remaining charge, current voltage, current, power, and other relevant data. This allows users to monitor battery health in real time, helping to protect the battery and extend its lifespan.

(2) What types of battery packs can the battery monitor be used for?

It is compatible with mainstream battery types on the market, such as lead-acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries, sodium batteries, etc.

(3) What is the after-sales service like?

We provide a one-year warranty period. After one year, if the product is damaged due to its own quality issues, we will continue to offer repair or replacement services based on the specific circumstances. For cases where returns or exchanges are not possible due to reasons such as shipping costs, replacements will be sent with the next order.
