The customer is developing an integrated central control screen for RV energy management systems. To achieve precise monitoring of the RV lithium battery system, there is a need to collect real-time battery data and display it on the existing central control screen interface.


Solution Overview:​​ Battery Data Integration with Central Control Screen via Bluetooth Communication

The core of this solution is to install a battery monitoring module with Bluetooth capability, which transmits battery data to the customer's central control screen system, thereby enhancing its energy monitoring functionality.


Implementation Steps:​

  1. Data Acquisition Layer

    Our battery monitoring module is directly connected to the RV lithium battery pack, continuously collecting key parameters such as voltage, current, State of Charge (SOC), capacity, and power.

    The module integrates Bluetooth communication functionality, transmitting the collected battery data wirelessly via Bluetooth protocol in a low-power manner.

  2. Network Transmission Layer

    A specific data gateway within the RV (typically the customer's central processing unit or a dedicated communication module) receives the Bluetooth data packets.

    After parsing and packaging the data, the gateway securely transmits it to the customer's designated cloud server or local server via a local area network (such as Wi-Fi or Ethernet) or cellular network.

  3. Platform Application Layer

    The customer's server-side program processes and stores the received battery data.

    The central control screen application retrieves the latest battery data by calling internal APIs from the server and integrates the information into the energy management page of the central control screen according to its existing UI design specifications.
